Imagine a place where you can find out what your soul's purpose is, why you're here on earth, how to achieve your goals, and the best way to live up to them. It sounds like utopia, right? Well, in reality, this is an often-overlooked resource that exists inside of every one of us: our subconscious mind. The power within our minds holds all of these answers we're looking for without needing to question others or search for it elsewhere. We have access to everything we could ever want or need from within ourselves! Our deepest desires, talents, and insights are there waiting just beneath the surface - ready at any given moment for us to tap into with ease.

In my sessions with clients, I am often asked to delve into their pasts and help them understand what they are here on earth to do. They come to their QHHT sessions with some of the most profound and most difficult questions they have ever asked themselves. The process itself is designed to provide a safe space for exploration so that you can find your answers without any pressure or judgment from others.

Maybe not surprisingly, some questions come up over and over again. These are: 1) What’s my purpose?, 2) Why did this happen in my life?, 3) Should I quit my job?, 4) Why did I choose my family?, and 5) Who is my soul mate? In this blog post we will explore these questions.

1. What is my purpose?

Everyone wants to know that their lives make a difference and that they're contributing powerfully to the universe. There are points in life where that sometimes doesn't happen, or where we're really questioning the path that we're on. People just want to have a sense that they are on the right path, that they are in resonance with what they're meant to do.

And we have moments where we may see glimpses of that, or we may be fully living in that, but generally, if we're not living that, we have questions. So, this is by far the most popular question that everybody asks, because who doesn’t want to feel in resonance with what you came here to do?

2. Why did this happen in my life?

There are so many times when something outside of our control seems to have come in and interrupted us. This could be anything, from a state of health, to something traumatic that happened, or something else that was stressful, like getting fired from a job or having a relationship end, that perhaps you didn't really understand why it did.

This question is big and important, because a lot of people are looking at their lives, wanting to feel uplifted, wanting to feel fulfilled, and wanting also a sense of agency and control, or just to have a better understanding about what is happening in their lives. So, often I get questions from QHHT clients such as, why are these things happening to me? The beauty of QHHT is that by bringing this particular question to your session, you can connect with the information that will help you to break the patterns and move forward more fully into your life.

3. Should I quit my job?

This is my favorite question! As someone who has not only quit jobs that others thought were perfect (from the outside) but also started two businesses, I know how tough this one can be! This question is really, really big, because many of us get into a hyper rational place when it comes to our work, our careers, because we want to be responsible. We are conditioned to want to have the right job, one that looks right, where we are compensated and given a title at the right levels. We have obligations, we have responsibilities, maybe a mortgage or a family to take care of. And often, the responsibility piece is often the reason we choose a particular job. Sometimes we choose a job that doesn’t feel super fulfilling, or that does not make use of our unique gifts and talents, because we are choosing that job mostly to be stable.

For many of us, there's a lot of drama and dissatisfaction around the jobs we do, since a job really is how we spend the majority of our time. So, if you're not clicking with your job, or if you're feeling like it's good because of the list of reasons that make sense, and it's bad because of how you actually feel while doing that job, you might be asking yourself this question. The question of whether to leap into another position or into something more fulfilling but also risk the unknown, like starting a business? That question is more common than you'd think.

4. Why did I choose my family?

There are so many wonderful aspects of our lives that our parents and our families provide to us, and that we learn from them. A lot of what we get from our family is very healthy, and some of it is not so healthy. Habits, behaviors, addictions, and generational pain are also things that we receive and pass on, based on our conditioning from our families. In short, we emulate and pass along what we learned from them. This includes the values that we learned from them, the practices we learned from them, and other things such as how to treat people. There's a lot to unpack there. And there are a lot of wounds, disagreements, miscommunications and misunderstandings—sometimes major grudges—that are also passed down. So, why you chose your family tends to be a very big topic among my QHHT clients.

One other question that often comes up around family in QHHT is: Can I heal my family in some way? The idea that we can help our families experience generational healing is about stopping the old patterns and creating a new way for a family to be, express, and do, is also something that comes up frequently with QHHT clients.

5. Who is my Soul Mate or Twin Flame?

This question isn’t on everyone’s list, but for me, it was a key question for most of my teen and young adult life, so it was constantly on my mind, and the same is true for many of my clients. They want to know: Who is the person who's right for me?

Now, a lot of us get exposed to Disney or Hollywood treatment of relationships and seemingly-magic partnership stories early in childhood. We may have read fairy tales or watched movies that made it appear as though there was one perfect person for us. Now, this may or may not be true for you, but many people have a lot of questions about people that they've met, some of whom they’ve been in relationships or friendships with, and things didn’t or couldn’t work out the way we thought. Maybe we aren’t sure what happened, or we felt something and didn’t act on it. Maybe it was a timing thing. Or, maybe things worked out exactly the way they look in the movies. And also, sometimes people have some questions about the person that they did choose.

Whatever your relationship experience is, many people wonder about who their Soul Mate or Twin Flame is, or when they will meet them (or if they already have), because many people want a very special, fluid, extraordinary, satisfying relationship. People want to feel understood. They want to feel like they're creating something meaningful with somebody. The Soul Mate or Twin Flame is the answer to that, for many of us. Whether or not you've met that person, lots of QHHT clients are curious about if or when finding that person will happen to them.

These are the top five questions that clients typically bring to their QHHT sessions with me. They're very powerful questions, and getting your own answers in your own voice during a QHHT session can be extremely powerful. Life-changing. Everybody's experiences with QHHT are different. The answers they receive to even some of these common big life questions are always different, because each client is special and different.

But the magic of QHHT is two-fold: 1) the process is 100% focused on you, and your results will be unlike those of anyone else on the planet, and 2) QHHT brings you into a beautiful, restful place of relaxation where you can directly access that part of yourself--that deeper, higher consciousness part of yourself--to receive your own powerful answers to those big life questions, to help you move forward the very best way possible in your life.

Remember, you're beautiful. You're powerful. You're amazing.
